Nothing is charged today. We'll email a confirmation, then text or call to schedule your time — with a secure Stripe link to put a card on file. You're only charged after your cleaning is complete.
Simple by design
Choose 2 hours ($160) or 3 hours ($220). That's the whole price — no surcharges for ovens, fridges, laundry, or anything else.
Because you're booking time, not a checklist, you decide where it goes. Ask your maid to start with the kitchen, focus on the bath, or do a full sweep.
Your maid arrives on time with everything needed and works your priorities in order, top to bottom, until the hour is up.
Honest pricing
Other services charge extra for the inside of the oven, the inside of the fridge, the baseboards. We don't. You booked the hour — every minute of it is yours to direct. Need more time? Every additional hour is a flat $100.

What we collect. When you request a booking, we collect your name, email address, phone number, apartment address, requested date and availability window, and any cleaning priorities you share. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
How we use it. We use your information only to schedule, confirm, and provide your cleaning, and to contact you about your booking — including an order confirmation email. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages. With your consent, we send booking-related texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help.
Your choices. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us at support@williamsburgluxurymaids.com.
Third parties. We share information only with service providers needed to run our business (such as Stripe for payments), who may use it solely to provide those services.

Service. Williamsburg Luxury Maids provides hourly residential cleaning in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. You purchase cleaning time (2 hours for $160, 3 hours for $220, each additional hour $100) and may direct how that time is used. No additional charges apply for specific tasks.
Booking & confirmation. Submitting the booking form is a request, not a guaranteed appointment. We'll email you a confirmation that we received your order, then text or call to confirm your arrival time within your availability window.
Payment. No charge is made when you book. A payment card is kept securely on file with our payment processor (Stripe) and is charged only after your cleaning is completed, at the price confirmed at booking. We never see or store your full card details.
Cancellations. You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your confirmed arrival time. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booking.
Access & safety. You agree to provide safe, lawful access to the apartment at the confirmed time. We may decline or end a visit if conditions are unsafe; unused time in that case is not refunded.
Recurring cleanings. If you choose a weekly, every-2-weeks, or every-4-weeks plan, your card on file is charged after each completed visit at the rate confirmed at booking. You can pause or cancel anytime by contacting us; cancellation takes effect before your next scheduled visit. Individual visits can be rescheduled per the cancellation terms above.
Satisfaction. If something was missed within your booked priorities, tell us within 24 hours and we'll make it right.
